Monkey Business

Went to jogging yesterday at Stutong with my friend .We jogged for 1km only and finally reached the 500 m route and then saw a group of jackasses which look like this ,

Animal : Monkey ,Species : Jackass ,Type : Boss

Around 10+ of the jackasses jumped back into the forest and left their big boss alone .I thought its going to jump back to the forest like the rest but this one is different ,he ran at me , I thought its going to stop when it approach near us but then as it get closer ,this mother jackass show off its jaw and rush 200kmph at me like zergling (after Metabolic Boost Upgrade) from Starcraft .I afraid its going to grab and bite my balls so I ran 201kmph for 1/2 of the track non stop with my friend with that jackass chasing me and not feeling tired at all .When we almost arrive at the hut nearby ,luckily it stop chasing us ,thats when i felt my tiredness and exhausted .Spoiled my day because we just arrived with full stamina and planned to jog non stop but met that ass when we just jogged for 1km .After what happened ,I no longer have the energy to run .We went back to the place we got chased again and the whole group were on top of the tree waiting for us .

So ,we took another route and came back to the hut and dared each other to go back to the jackass territory .When I reach that place ,it felt like World War 2 ..any sound I heard ,I will look 360 degree around me .hahaha ,damn kick .After I reached the finish line ,I felt so relieve and fear is not a factor to me!

Waiting for Exam

Just finished my first Final paper (Entrepreneurship) yesterday ,and still left 2 papers (Some Account paper and French) to go which will be on next week .Its a waste of time learning french ,really no use at all !I would rather take Mandarin if I have the chance .My Diploma suppose to have Mandarin and French for students to choose from but i don't know why we can't choose Mandarin..@#($*! .I always wanted to sing all the chinese jiwang songs! I only study French to pass my test/exam .I can't even speak that language..c'est drole .

I still have to wait for one more week for my last 2 papers ,just finished jogging with my friends at Stutong and yes I've started jogging for almost 2 weeks already hahaha ,can at least move my muscles a bit and relax looking at the sky enjoying the fresh cool air .

I browsed my folders and found some of the food prepared by me during my International Cuisine .The pictures were taken by my friend with a camera phone and he will choose the worst angle possible to take it ,so here are some of those pictures that can be seen clearly ,the rest of the pictures are blur ,not nice and some taste weird (not prepared by me) cause I always taste the food before serving it =p .

Dunno-wat Salad with Vinaigrette

Inside the lettuces are Lambs and carrots .I like it because of the lamb I put inside .It's the lamb I marinated to make Lamb Stroganoff (Suppose to be Beef eh?).

Cheese Omelette

Just capsicum and .. I forgot what else I mix in it .After saute ,pour in the egg .Before it finish cooking ,add in some cheese .The melted cheese will make it look like pizza .Cheapest pizza!

Teriyaki Fish

I named this dish steamed -fish at first ,for my Oriental Cuisine week but since I marinate the fish with teriyaki sauce ,my chef said "why don't you name it teriyaki fish?" so I said ,"OK".I like the fresh taste of the fish .

Lamb Stroganoff

I wanted to cook Beef Stroganoff at first ,but since the only beef available that day were Indian Beefs ,so I used the lamb to prepare this dish for my Russian Cuisine .

Beef Kebab

Maybe I should just named it Shish Kebab .Didn't think of that name that day .Its just Capsicums ,tomatoes and lamb with lemon on top .For the sauce ,I used the same sauce recipe I prepared for Lamb Stroganoff .

Chocolate Pancake

The top should look better .While waiting for the others to finish cooking ,the chocolate melted a bit and mix with the cream .I like the taste of the chocolate with pancakes .

Blueberry Cream Tart

Its my first time making this .I just mix flour ,sugar ,water and butter ,roll it until it became a dough .Chill it and bake it .Luckily it works ,just that it don't look nice after i bake it but still crispy ,just wrinkle a bit.Pour Vanilla Cream I made and top with blueberry .

Chocolate Waffle

This was done by my friend .I just pour in the chocolate sauce I made on the holes .I like the taste of chocolate with the waffle thats why i put it here .

Muffin with Chocolate Sauce

First time trying to bake this .It turns out OK but I forgot to add Vanilla Essence into it so you can taste the weird baking soda taste .Even the chocolate sauce can't overcome the taste .Since its too late already ,so I didn't redo it .

Journey to the Waste

After almost 4 months of classes ,I am having my study break now .Its more like holiday to me .I've finished my assignment and reports so I have no idea what to do .So my journey to the waste begin today .Since I am free ,I went to surf for new games and I found this ..

DIABLO 3!

Wah ,Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3!I can't wait!The gameplay for Diablo 3 is really cool with the new physic engines? or whatever the technology they used to create the impact in the game looks real .
